  • How do I make a reservation? 

Reservations can be made at this time 1 of 3 ways:

1) by visiting www.buddysplayhouse.com, select 'PLACE AN ORDER' tab, then select 'ORDER NOW', select your desired date from calender, look thru availble items, once you have chosen an item select the 'BOOK NOW' tab and proceed with booking reservation

2) by calling 770-899-7765 and booking with a live representative

3) by coming into our store location at,

7404 Tara Blvd. Jonesbro, GA 30236 and booking with a representative there.

***50.00 IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING TO ENSURE RESERVATION***


  • How far in advance should I make my reservation?

We recommend you make your reservations as soon as you know the date, time and location of your event. It is first come, first serve! The sooner you reserve your items the better!


  • What are the payment options? When is payment due?

Payments can be made 1 of 3 ways:

1) via debit/credit when booking via our online website at www.buddysplayhouse.com {there ill be a 'PAYPAL CHECKOUT' option in top left corner once booking has been completed}

2) by calling 770-899-7765 and speaking with a live representative {debit/credit payments only}

3) by visiting our store location at

7404 Tara blvd. Jonesboro, GA 30236, where you have the option of paying cash, credit/debit.

There is a $50.00 deposit due at time of booking to ensure your reservation. The remaining balance may be paid cash upon delivery the day of your event or prior to that date by any of the methods listed above.

  •  RAIN POLICY

If it rains on the dateof your event you have up to 48 hrs prior to the start of your event to cancel/reschedule & receive a credit for monies spent towards a future reservation

***CREDITS EXPIRE A YEAR FROM ORIGINAL EVENT DATE***

If it rains and our drivers are enroute or they have arrived and it is prior to/during/after setup renter is still responsible for payment in full.

***NO CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED***


  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

NO REFUNDS!!! NO EXCEPIONS!!!

In the event you need to cancel/reschedule, we allow up to 48 hrs prior to your event date to do so and still receive a credit for monies already spent toward a future reservation.

***CREDITS EXPIRE A YEAR FROM ORIGINAL EVENT DATE***


  • What is the rental period?

Rental period= 6 hr max (between the hours of 9am-9pm)

$25.00/ additional hour (between the hours of 9am-9pm)

Any reservations with times slots outside of 9am - 9pm is subject to an overnight fee at $50.00.

***OVERNIGHT ITEMS WILL BE PICKED UP BY NOON THE FOLLOWING DAY*** 



  • Do you service my area?

Please check our home page for a list of our service areas.

Any area 23 miles or more from our location is subject to a fuel fee up to but not to exceed $50.00. We reserve the right to decline a reservation if it does not fall within our service areas.

  • What time do you deliver and pick up the inflatable(s)?

We pick up and deliver the same day.

Our hours for delivery/pickup & pickup and drop off are as follows: anytime from 9am-9pm

Any reservations with time slots outside of 9am-9pm are subect to an overnight fee.

***OVERNIGHT ITEMS ARE DUE BACK BY NOON THE FOLLOWING DAY***



  • How much space do I need to have in my yard?

Inflatables require at least 20ft wide, 20ft long and 20ft high of available space (clear of ALL debris - rocks, branches, sticks, pet litter, etc). Set-up MUST be within 100ft of a standard household power outlet. To ensure safety , a wide clear area is required . If you have doubt if a moonwalk will fit, you can email a picture of the venue or space to www.buddysplayhouse.customercare@gmail.com

or

we can visit the property ahead of time for an additional $25.00 fee.

  • How can I check availability for any offered products?

You can check availability 1 of 3 ways:

1) by visiting www.buddysplayhouse.com , selecting the  'PLACE AN ORDER' tab, then select 'ORDER NOW' tab, then go to calender and selec date for your event, the page will then populate all items still available for that date

2) by calling 770-899-7765 nd speaking with a live agent, and they can check the availability for you

or

3) by visiting our store location at 7404 Tara Blvd. Jonesboro, GA 30236.


  • Are inflatable’s safe?

Absolutely! As long as all the rules outlined on your invoice are adhered, and the unit is supervised at all times, you will garuntee a safe and enjoyable experience.

We stake down all of our inflatables {grassy areas} for your safety and security.


  • What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bouncer?

As the signed renter of our equipment it is your job to supervise all activity in and around the inflatable unit while in/out of use while in your posession.

Please enforce all safety rules outlined on your invoice. By signing the contract at tie of delivery you contractually liable for the safety of all participants and the care of the equipment.

You are responsible for any damage to our products once delivered and set-up.


  • Can we set up the inflatable equipment in an area where there is no electricity?

NO! THERE MUST BE A POWER OUTET ACCESIBLE IN ORDER TO OPERATE BLOWER FOR MOONWALK!!!

If no outlet is available when we arrive you will have the option of cancelling or renting a generator (if available).

NO REFUNDS!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

It is YOUR responsibility to know if power is accessible to desired set-up location; please notify us in advance if it is not so we can accomodate you accordingly.


  • Does it matter if the event is a public venue or park?

No, however, we ask that you inform us if there are any permits, or restrictions of the party area where we will be setting up. Please ensure you have permission for us to setup. If unable to setup when we arrive due to area property issue at last minute you will not be refunded your deposit and additional fees may apply in addition to balance being paid in full.

***WE DO NOT PROVIDE A COPY OF OUR INSURANCE FOR ANY REASON***


  • How many kids can jump at a time?

13x13

We recommend no more than 600 lbs.

15x15

We recommended no more than 800 lbs..

The signed renter will be held responsible for all our equipment & should keep notice of how many kids are jumping for their safety and the saftey of our equipment. Too many kids jumping can cause injury so please keep a close eye on the children and their activities while using our inflatables.


  • LAST MINUTE BOOKING?

Yes, we accept last minute bookings assuming your desired items are available.

Bookings done within 1-3 hours of desired start time are subject to a $30 rush delivery fee.

Though we recommend that you book as far as possible in advance.


  • Can I pick-up/drop-off items myself?

Absolutely! All of our items are available for pick-up/drop-off at a discounted rate.

There is an additional deposit{refundable}, that is returned to you after we have received and inspected our items.

These are the deposits for our items:

 inflatables, generators, concessions - $100.00 

character costumes, tents, tables/chairs - $50.00

  • What areas are appropriate to setup inflatables on?                              We ask that areas be smooth flat surfaces clean of debris (sticks, stones, mud, etc.), tree roots, or pet waste. If you have a sprinkler system, please advise us before setting up. To ensure proper clearance, you will need at least a 20x20 area, with clearance overhead (no power lines, trees, branches, overhangs, etc.) of 20 feet.                                                       

  ***An electrical outlet needs to be within 100 feet. If you do not have an electrical outlet nearby, a generator will be required.***                     ***Generators are available for rent at an additional cost***



  • Can we have inflatables set-up indoors?

Yes as long as the overhead is clear and there is enough room to set up; (ie. gyms, recreational centers or indoor pavilions). 


  • Does the blower have to run all the time?

Yes, the blower keeps the inflatable inflated. As long as all riders have exited safely, the blower can be unplugged to deflate the bouncer or slide.


  • What’s the ideal age limit for a Buddys playhouse party?

ALL AGES ARE WELCOME!!! ENJOY!
